Job Descriptions
- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, lead cross - functional teams, and manage timelines and resources. - Solar Expertise: Oversee solar projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Telecommunications Management: Handle RF and TE projects, coordinating site surveys, equipment installation, and integration. - Financial Oversight: Implement cash management strategies, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports. - Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with clients and team members, fostering strong relationships. - Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of project management experience in solar and telecommunications.
  3. Strong understanding of solar technologies and telecommunications standards.
  4. Excellent financial acumen and experience in cash management.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
