Job Descriptions
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. - Plan and oversee implementation of maintenance system. Ensure maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance) are carried out with high quality within target and suitable time. - Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities. - Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments. - Ensure all permits/licenses are maintained. - Establish and maintain a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of the maintenance function. - Provide maintenance breakdown support for production machines and try as much as possible to reduce machine failure duration, breakdown repairs and complete work. - Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed related to the performance of the maintenance function. - Establishes and communicates the level of quality and safety expected in the performance of maintenance tasks. - Participate in and support cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, SHE and QMS. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related field.
  2. Experience 2-3 years in Maintenance function with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities.
  3. Strong trouble shooting and good knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic and utility plant.
  4. Strong on problem solving, analytical skill, and services mind.
  5. Read and interpret quality management system and customer requirements including blueprints/change documents and specifications.
  6. Good command of English or understand and able to write and speak English, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  7. Understanding electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and electronic systems.
  8. Troubleshooting problems on various types of equipment.
  9. Understanding how to read blueprints and system schematics.
  10. Knowing equipment safety systems and processes.
