Job Descriptions

1、负责车间的安全生产；Responsible for the safety production of the workshop; 2、负责车间生产订单的完成情况；Responsible for the completion of the production order in the workshop; 3、检查违规违纪情况, 加强班组管理，奖优罚劣做到公平、公正；Inspect violations of rules and disciplines, strengthen team management, reward the good and punish the bad to achieve fairness and justice; 4、检查员工安全操作执行情况，制止员工的不安全行为；Inspect the implementation of employees' safe operations and stop employees' unsafe behaviors; 5、现场管理与5S；On-site management and 5S; 6、操作人员管理与岗前培训；Operator management and pre-job training; 7、根据车间生产需要，实施班组各项管理制度，按时完成车间各项生产任务及管理目标，确保车间生产稳定运行。According to the production needs of the workshop, implement the management system of the team, complete the production tasks and management objectives of the workshop on time, and ensure the stable operation of the workshop production.

Qualifications

1年及以上相关工作经验；At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
熟悉车间生产操作流程，熟悉各个产品的性能，具备电脑和统计方面的知识；Familiar with the production and operation process of the workshop, familiar with the performance of each product, and have knowledge of computer and statistics;
英语/中文可作为工作语言更佳。English/Chinese can be used as a working language is preferred.
