Job DescriptionsJob Summary:
As a Brand Manager, you will support brand strategy by implementing and optimizing offline and online marketing tools to boost brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Working with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll execute product development initiatives, manage campaigns, oversee social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand positioning and marketing strategies to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Marketing Communication: Leading and managing communications with media, content, promotion, partners and customers.
• Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to ensure new products align with brand identity and meet customer needs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints
• Online Platform Management: Direct management and communication with all online sales platforms, including menu updates, pricing, promotions, marketing campaigns, and discounts.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Providing feedback and ideas to the Marketing Manager and management for to improve online sales and marketing and tailor the campaigns to target audience demographics.
• Advertising: Implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI, optimize targeting, and track key performance metrics on 3rd party platforms and in-house strategies.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback on various platforms to maintain a positive brand image and address customer concerns. Identifying opportunities to improve systems and operations for customer satisfaction.
• Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website content, ensure user-friendly navigation, and drive conversions through effective call-to-action elements.
• SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and monitor website performance using analytics tools to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven metrics, and prepare regular reports to measure KPIs and ROI.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with other coordination & communication as necessary.
