Job Descriptions
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves extracting insights from data, creating detailed reports, and developing visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in data manipulation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 1. Analyzes data to provide insights and support decision-making. 2. Ensures data quality and accuracy in analyses. 3. Creates reports and visualizations to present data findings with BI tools. 4. Works with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into requirements. 5. Programming Language for data manipulation and analysis. 6. Utilizes statistical techniques to interpret data and identify trends or patterns. 7. Data storytelling and presentation skills.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant fields.
  2. Previous experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or a similar analytical position.
  3. Experience working in Insurance Industries is a plus.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  7. Required Technical skills : MS Office. (MS Excel, Words, Power Point) Power BI Studio, Tableau Studio, Looker Studio MS Power Query, Google Big Query, AWS Athena, AWS Glue Data Brew, Jupytor Notebook, Colab, AWS Glue Notebook AWS, Azure, Google. Cloud Data Platform
