Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in gallery management or a similar role
Proven leadership and team management skills (10+ employees)
Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
Fluent English and Thai
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of contemporary art trends and market dynamics
Ability to create and implement marketing strategies
Proficiency in gallery management software
Strong networking abilities within the art community
