●Develop comprehensive reports analyzing marketing data, campaign performance, and market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. ●Use your strategic planning skills to define clear marketing objectives, identify growth opportunities, and create actionable plans that align with the overall business goals. ●Oversee the efficient and effective execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful outcomes. ●Employ your excellent organizational and project management skills to plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, anticipate challenges, allocate resources, and maintain a well-structured approach. ●Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies, tactics, and campaigns based on market feedback, customer insights, and emerging industry trends. ●Utilize your strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to stakeholders, executives, and team members. ●Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners, leveraging your relationship-building skills to maximize collaborative opportunities and brand loyalty. ●Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies comply and align with industry best practices. ●Foster a positive team environment by effectively organizing and leading the marketing team, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. ●Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. ●Cultivate strong teamwork and ensure effective communication among team members, promoting synergy and maximizing productivity.

Qualifications

Thai nationality only age not over 45 year
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the cannabis retail industry or a similar highly regulated industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Adaptability to navigate the dynamic and evolving cannabis retail industry, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
A track record of delivering results and driving business growth through well-executed marketing initiatives.
Strong with event and Business with cannabis.
