Job Descriptions

- Help monitoring software systems and servers. - Assist in logging, tracking, and resolving service desk requests and incidents, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. - Serve as the primary point of contact with internal departments and customers for IT-related issues, ensuring clear understanding and efficient handling of requests. - Support the management of spare parts and equipment inventory, ensuring accurate records and proper storage. - Help organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently. - Assist with labeling spare parts and materials according to company standards and maintaining documentation for inventory transactions. - Provide administrative support to the team, assisting with day-to-day tasks and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in IT service desk, IT support or administrator will be an advantage.
Ability to work on weekends or flexible time.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in both verbal and written
