Job Descriptions
For Construction Workers: 1)Prior experience in structural construction or civil engineering projects is preferred. 2)Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. 3)Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. 4)Ability to follow instructions and work within a team. For Foremen: 1)Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on LTA projects or large infrastructure builds. 2)Strong leadership and team management skills. 3)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4)Proficiency in reporting and basic computer skills is a plus.
