Job Descriptions
- ประกาศประชาสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งงานว่าง ตามโซนพื้นที่ต่างๆ ทั้งในรูปแบบ Online และ OffLine รวมถึงจัดทำฐานข้อมูล Candidate Pool ในแต่ละพื้นที่
- ดำเนินการและประสานงาน จัดการสัมภาษณ์, การว่าจ้าง และแจ้งกำหนดการเริ่มงาน/การรายงานตัว
- จัดทำเอกสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ HR สรรหาว่าจ้าง / Area Manager / Sales Area อยา่งน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ ในการสรรหาพนักงานหน้าร้าน / Mass Recruitment หรือ Store Retail Manager ที่อยากเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี รวมถึงโปรแกรมตกแต่งภาพ Canva
- เดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ / ต่างจังหวัดได้บางครั้ง
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันเสาร์ WFH )
