Job Descriptions
1.Preparation and Disclosure of Financial Statements - Preparing financial statements in accordance with stock exchange listing standards - Handling audit processes in collaboration with auditing firms - Preparing disclosure documents (quarterly and annual reports, etc.) 2.Managing the IPO Preparation Process - Developing and managing schedules and progress for IPO processes - Coordinating with external experts such as financial institutions, securities companies, and legal advisors - Building and improving internal systems in preparation for public listing 3.Financial Management and Budget Planning - Planning and executing financial strategies - Developing and managing funding plans - Creating mid- to long-term financial plans 4.Risk Management and Internal Control System Development - Establishing and strengthening internal control systems - Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards, and making necessary improvements - Building risk management frameworks 5.Investor Relations and Information Disclosure - Preparing materials for investor presentations - Supporting investor relations (IR) activities - Establishing a continuous information disclosure system post-listing
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Male/Female
  3. Age: 40 and above
  4. Bachelor’s degree or higher
  5. Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance
  6. Experience working at listed companies
  7. Experience with public stock listings (IPO)
  8. Fluent in English and Thai
