เงื่อนไขการจ้าง: พนักงานประจำ วันทำงาน: จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (08.30-17.30 น.) สถานที่ทำงาน : Italthai Tower ถ.เพชรบุรีตัดใหม่ (ใกล้ MRT เพชรบุรี / BTS พร้อมพงษ์ / ท่าเรืออิตัลไทย) ---------------------- รายละเอียดงาน: - ถอดแบบ, ถอดปริมาณและราคางานโครงสร้างและสถาปัตย์ เพื่อควบคุมงบประมาณอย่างแม่นยำ - จัดทำ BOQ เพื่องานประมูลราคา - จัดหาราคาวัสดุ, จ้างเหมา, จัดจ้างสำหรับงานก่อสร้าง - ปฏิบัติงานเพิ่มเติมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายในกรอบของงาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
  2. ประสบการณ์ 3 - 8 ปี งาน QS , Estimate ในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่
  3. สามารถใช้ MS Office และโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. ทำงานเชิงรุก, มีทักษะการวางแผน, ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองสูง
  5. สามารถทำงานใต้ความกดดันของเวลาได้ดี และทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
