Job Descriptions
- Responsibility revenue target. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. - Analyze market data and KOL insights to identify potential strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, warehouse, and finance) to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide guidance and support to internal teams on KOL-related activities. - Develop and implement KOL engagement plans to enhance visibility and credibility. - Monitor and evaluate KOL performance and ROI of KOL initiatives - Maintain a database of KOL contacts and track communication history.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong ability to network and build relationships.
  4. Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
  5. Proficient in using Tiktok or Marketplace seller center and other relevant tools.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Self-motivated, can-do attitude, hands-on, results-driven, and possess self-initiative and high integrity (Growth Mindset)
