Job Descriptions
1. Monitor and manage customer order inventory to ensure alignment with customer and company requirements. 2. Coordinate with relevant departments to plan orders efficiently, including tracking order status with suppliers. 3. Maintain and manage inventory data in the system to ensure adequate stock levels for distribution. 4. Regularly review and update product information in the system, analyze stock data, and prepare inventory reports for supervisors. 5. Communicate and coordinate with both domestic and international customers and suppliers to ensure that orders and deliveries follow the planned schedule.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel ERP SAP WMS with the ability to create and manage data effectively.
  3. Good command of English, both spoken and written, for coordinating with international suppliers.
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large amounts of data.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work in a team, and prioritize tasks effectively.
