Reporting to IT Technician Manager
Coordination with Platform team to support store
Coordination with Operation team to support store rollout and implement new solution
Manage 3CX system for IT Technician staff
Testing new hardware device
Testing new solutions to support IT Technician team
Implement new solution for supporting to store
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT ,Software Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the IT Support , Service Support ,Hardware Support or related field.
- Experience in scheduling new hardware testing project
- Attention to detail in rushing situations.
- Good relationship with related department
- Sharing knowledge with team
