Qualifications

Male, aged 35 years or older.
Education: Vocational Diploma (V) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, specializing in Tooling Engineering, Mould Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the creation and maintenance of metal stamping molds and plastic injection molds, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of metal stamping molds and plastic injection molds production, with the ability to design and draft mold designs.
Ability to analyze and determine corrective actions for mold issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Experience in designing Single Die and Progressive Die molds.
High leadership skills, good personal traits, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively both within and outside the organization.
Proficient in computer use; experience with Pro Engineer software is a plus.
