Job Descriptions
Responsibility: System Development and Integration: - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models with existing systems and APIs. - Ensure seamless interoperability and communication between AI components and other system elements. AI Development: - Develop and optimize a Retrieval-Augmented Generation system using state-of-the-art techniques. - Implement strategies for efficient information retrieval and relevant answer generation. - Fine-tune open-source AI models to meet specific business requirements. - Enhance model performance, accuracy, and efficiency through rigorous testing and iterative improvements. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including application engineers, customer support team, and product managers. - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate AI capabilities. Research and Innovation: - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP. - Explore and prototype new AI technologies to continuously improve our offerings. - Suggest suitable methods and structures to the team to apply AI on our existing services and workflows.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in tuning and deploying open-source AI models.
  3. Working experience in the similar role for more than 1 years.
  4. Expertise of prompt engineering with the actual experiences.
  5. Understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  6. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Node.js and Vector database, Shell Script, Command-line, and experience with API integration.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
