Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: 88/11 Nang Linchi Road, Chong Nonsi Subdistrict, Yannawa District, Bangkok 10120 Languages: Fluent in Thai and English Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in end-to-end recruitment and deep knowledge of the Thailand e-commerce and live-streaming talent market. This role requires a strong network in the MCN (Multi-Channel Network) industry, including access to key opinion leaders (KOLs), video editors, and other creative roles essential to the live-streaming and e-commerce space. Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to onboarding. Industry Expertise: Stay informed about Thailand’s e-commerce and live-streaming talent trends to attract top talent effectively. MCN Network Utilization: Leverage an established network within the MCN industry to source and attract high-quality candidates, including KOLs, video editors, and other creative roles. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, aligning with the company's brand and culture. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, provide recruitment updates, and deliver strategic insights for each role. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to provide insights into competitive hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and the local talent landscape. Talent Pool Development: Establish and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates, particularly in the live-streaming, e-commerce, and digital marketing fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the e-commerce, live-streaming, or MCN industries.
Deep understanding of Thailand’s e-commerce/live-stream talent landscape, with a robust network of KOLs, video editors, and other content-related professionals.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in specialized roles.
Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
