Job Descriptions- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software.
- Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and summaries to management as needed.
- Up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processes and data integration.
- Implements, maintains, reviews payroll processing and systems to ensure timely and processing of payroll transactions accuracy.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts and comparison with previous budget/forecasts.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
