Job Descriptions
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our market reach, and building strong relationships with distributors and customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across international markets. • Distributor Network Management: Identify, recruit, and support a high-performing distributor network, providing continuous training to ensure alignment and drive success. • Market Expansion: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and develop effective market entry strategies. • Sales Performance Enhancement: Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights for process optimization. • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to facilitate seamless execution of sales strategies. • Global Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen the brand’s global presence. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to international regulations and company policies, preparing accurate and timely reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: 5-7+ years in international sales and distributor management, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and effectively managing distributor networks.
  2. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international beverage markets and business practices.
  3. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
  4. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
