Job Descriptions
- To approach new customer, ensuring prospects are identified
- To ensure and drive all sales activities to turn prospects to target customers
- To maintain and update the most relevant customer information in systems.
- To regularly review customer portfolios with senior sales
- To focus on customer engagement, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration senior sales
- To align with CS team when onboarding new customers
Qualifications
- The ability to approach with customers online under regular basis
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Comfortable with regular data entry on a laptop computer.
- Strong rapport and relationship-building focused
- Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions
