Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 1. Main contact window for all requirements of existing and new models 2. Conduct new model trail run and readiness follow up 3. Internal system/Lens assembly set up for new model 4. Build plan progress follow up and open issue finding 5. Work across the full product development cycle, from concept inception to shipping product 6. Attend customer regular meeting and follow up customer requirement 7. Maintain the project status, timeline, budget, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (ECN) administration; prepare WI, Control Plan, PFMEA etc. 8. Prepare quotation during RFQ stage 9. Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure the design of the manufacturing facilities for pilot production; layout and equipment, tools, materials etc. are in place 10. New products transfer from R&D to PE Team 11. International travel required from time to time, depending on project scope. (USA, China, and Europe) 12. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Physic, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer (NPI is preferred)
Involve or in-charge in the assembly work process
Knowledge and application of GD&T techniques and associated metrology approaches
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques (Machining, 3D printing, injection molding, etc.)
Knowledge of 3D design modeling (SolidWorks), 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and physical prototyping
Strong customer service and documentation tasks
Good communication skills in English
Experience in the automotive or semiconductor industry will be an advantage.
