Job Descriptions
- Execute the installation and commissioning of products or systems at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving for prompt and effective resolutions.
- Prepare and distribute instructional materials as necessary.
- Provide regular updates to management on service activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and other departments to provide technical expertise and support.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in service delivery.
Qualifications
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้น ไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics,Mechanical,Engineering or related field
- ชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร
- Have experience in Refrigeration, Electric and Gas Kitchen Equipment
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
