Job Descriptions
-Identify and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
-Develop and promote a continuous improvement culture through Lean tools, Waste minimization, OEE/Productivity improvement, QCC and Kaizen
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lean process improvements.
-Conducting training sessions on Lean tools, Innovation, and new processes and procedures.
-Lead a specific project and work with other departments to implement improvement projects
-Leading the Future Factory by driving the SMART Factory strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or textiles engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lean & process improvement.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
