Job Descriptions

• To guard the business through best practice operational processes, via controlling and modifying existing processes and the introduction of new processes and products. • Creating the process improvement by relate with cost saving and high productivity. • Process stability and analysis – monitoring processes and check accuracy of processes and product samples. • Immediate rectification of production process problems with operational staff, (including guidance and coaching), or escalation to Technical and Production managers of complex issues. • Developing New Processes. • Provide Technical advice and suggestions. • Customer Technical Management and build strong relationship between plant operational and machine setting issues to customer end product dynamics. • Process Documentation: maintain the up-to-date of database, specification and operation procedures ensuring all process and product documentation is up to date

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical (new graduates are welcome) or Engineering in related field.
Passion in machinery and engineering process.
A few years of direct experience with plastic injection, thermoforming, plastic extrusion or working in plastic packaging industry would be an advantage.
Able to communicate in English language.
Hands on experience in trouble shooting processing issues/resolving product quality issues.
Basic knowledge about different kinds of polymers.
Able to work flexible hours.
