- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and quality checks to maintain consistent product standards.
Production Management:
- Oversee the production process from cutting and sewing to finishing and packaging.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that garments meet established standards and specifications.
Costing and Pricing:
- Calculate production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to determine garment costs.
Sample Management:
- Coordinate the development of pre-production and production samples, ensuring accuracy and qual
