Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลหลังการขาย แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้า 2.จัดการปัญหาที่ลูกค้าคอมเพลน แก้ไขปัญหาและทำการบันทึก วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและรายงานไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.แนะนำวิธีการใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ถูกต้องให้กับลูกค้า ทำการอบรมด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า 4.รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ป.ตรี (สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. ขยันและทนแรงกดดันได้ สามารถออกไซด์งานเป็นเวลานานได้
  4. มีความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสาร รักการทำงานและเข้ากับทีมได้
  5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านวงจรไฟ คอมพิวเตอร์ PLC เคยใช้ PLC และ Mitsubishi robotic arm มาก่อนจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านผลิตเครื่องจักร เชื่อมต่อและทดสอบแก้ไข
  7. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
  8. มีประสบการณ์พื้นฐานในการใช้คีม มีใบเซอร์ช่างไฟฟ้าจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
