Job Descriptions
•Planning and executing designs using CAD, and 3D CAD programs •Perform engineering review to ensure designs meet specifications. •Create Bill of material for purchasing process. •Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required. •Maintain technical information of piping and equipment material. •Document design processes, specifications, and outputs. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the design and manufacturing phases. •Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. •Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a design engineer.
  2. Proficiency with engineering 3D design programs such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Rhino.
  3. Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties.
  7. Skilled in Solid Modeling techniques
  8. Skilled in drawing for fabrication skid frame, piping, pipe support and bill of material
  9. Skilled in PFD and P&ID
  10. Knowledge order material (MR)
  11. Knowledge standard AWS D1.1 (Structure)
  12. Knowledge standard ASME B31.3 (Piping)
  13. Knowledge standard DNV (Design lifting)
  14. Knowledge of English communication
  15. Prefer Bachelor's degree in Engineer
