Job Descriptions
Job Scope: -Process/ Product development and improvement. -Inspection raw material, in-process and finish product for acceptance and nonconformity product management. -Monitoring process result monitoring, data analysis and problem shooting in daily. -CAR / PAR follow-up and effectiveness evaluation. -Customer complaint handing. -Develop and control testing and calibration. -Coaching and training operator. -Maintaining ISO 9001 &IATF16949 system. Remark: -Male, passed a conscript for army service, - The company has policy not employment under 18 years. Welfare: -Transportation allowance (2,400 baht/month), House allowance (2,000 baht/month), Uniform, Technical allowance (1,000 bah/month), Telephone allowance (500 baht/month), Health insurance, Diligence allowance, Annual vacation start 6 days, Providence fund start 4%, Overtime, Bonus,
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Aged 23-35 years old.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
  3. Experience working at least 1 years in manufacturing process for production, inspection, quality control and testing.
  4. Understand ISO 9001 &IATF 16949 & and continuous improvement through PDCA cycle.
  5. Data analysis, problem solving and decision-making based on fact finding.
  6. Strong leadership, coordinator and collaboration.
  7. Reporting and presentation in English / Thai.
  8. Experience working in manufacturing company will be advantage.
