1 Supervise and develops subordinate to better performance. 2 Established work instruction standard in process. 3 Control production output to achievement the daily shipment and target. 4 Improvement and Trouble shooting for production line. 5 Established the periodic maintenance machine and production line. 6 Setting and control the parameter work in process (machine programming.etc.) 7 Control machine to higher performance and capacity . 8 Training and evaluate subordinate to good knowledge and working ability. 9 Control 5S, the safety and environment regular in working process. 10 Control subordinate to kept operation and company regulation. 11 Provide data and report to higher management and Perform working as assigned.

Qualifications

Male / Female 20-30 years.
Bachelor degree . (Elctrical,electronic,mechanical)
Have a experience 1-2 years in production line.
Good command in english and computer skill.
Good understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14000
