Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary contact point for all customer inquiries related to aftersales, service and warranty.
•Communicate daily with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims via telephone, email, and other channels.
•Coordinate all stages of the ordering cycle from customer inquiries to product delivery.
•Schedule and coordinate service and warranty jobs to meet promised delivery dates.
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication of customer requirements and on-time delivery.
•Coordinate with relevant parties to address any deviations from promised delivery dates.
•Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to address customer concerns and claims.
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve after-sales issues.
•Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
•Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing positive relationships.
•Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Manager.
