Job Description
•An incoming inspection engineer is responsible for ensuring that purchased materials and equipment meet technical specifications and are in good condition. They also work to identify and resolve quality issues before production begins.
•Some responsibilities of an incoming inspection engineer include.
•Quality assurance: Working with purchasing to ensure supplier performance and validate control circles.
•Technical specifications: Ensuring that materials and equipment meet technical specifications.
•Quality issues: Working with manufacturing and quality staff to resolve quality issues.
•Traceability: Ensuring that inspections, defaults, deviations, and non-conformities are traceable.
•Audit program: Maintaining an audit program to ensure standardized work and processes.
•Process optimization: Supporting the optimization of processes for cost, efficiency, and timeliness.
Main role:
•To ensure overall quality of all supplier's performance (Quality, Delivery, and Service
•Set standard of material inspecting of each item.
•Inspect materials daily as plan.
•Review material quality issues and update the inspection point.
•Report the problem of material.
•Claim to suppliers and follow the solution.
•Manage the equipment at incoming area and control in good condition.
•Continuous improvement for supplier quality and eliminate the quality problem from suppliers.
•Minimize high aging, high value for inventory.
•Additional Job will be assigned by Section Head or Manager.
Qualification :
•Bachelor of Industrial, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
•At least 1-3 years' experience in QA/QC.
•Automotive background in assurance / process investigation / 8D report / Problem solving in short time and accurate.
•Able to communicate and written in English and Chinese proficiency will be a plus.
•Will be required to work 6 days/week. (Monday-Saturday)
