Job Descriptions

Data Collection and Management: •Gather data from various sources including production logs, ERP systems, and other relevant databases. •Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks. Data Analysis: •Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. •Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production efficiency, quality, and other critical metrics. •Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and provide insights. Reporting: •Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support production planning and decision-making. •Present findings and recommendations to the production planner and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Process Improvement: •Collaborate with the production planner to identify areas for process improvement. •Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. •Assist in the implementation of process improvements and monitor their impact. Support Planning Activities: •Assist the production planner in developing and maintaining production schedules. •Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to ensure alignment with production plans. •Support capacity planning and resource allocation activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: •Work closely with production, quality control, supply chain, and other departments to gather necessary data and insight. •Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support overall production goals. Technology and Tools: •Utilize advanced data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) to perform analysis and generate reports.

Qualifications

Graduated for a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis is a plus.
