Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: - Control day to day production at highly efficient level to meet with operation’s throughput and quality target - Coordinate with production planner to maximize capacity and satisfy with customer delivery requirements - Monitor, analyse and report on production related KPIs, process performance. - Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve production-related issues, recommending measures to improve productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency - Enforce safety and quality standards in compliance with regulations. - Conduct training and evaluations of employees to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment, electronic or automotive industry
  3. Have knowledge of Productivity, OEE, Improvement loss skill
  4. Strong leadership skills
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
