- Identify and secure new distribution partners to expand market reach.
- Manage existing distributor relationships, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to agreements.
Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for assigned markets.
Market Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Adapt product offerings and marketing strategies to suit local preferences and regulations.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's brands and products.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade and convenience store channels.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for product listings, promotions, and shelf space.
- Collaborate with key accounts on joint marketing initiatives and category management programs.
Logistics & Supply Chain:
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, production, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Manage export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to optimize stock allocation and avoid shortages.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
