Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: -Work through special projects across multiple functional areas and collaborate closely with key executives in each area -Drive end to end project resolution, including problem definition, solution development, options assessment, and recommendations -Support recommendations and decisions through market research, benchmarking, quantitative analytics, and synthesis of options -Communicate effectively in both 1:1 and 1:many settings, especially with executives -Develop content for Executive communications in internal events (all-hands, off sites) and external discussions with influencers (analysts, investors, and press) -Monitor deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects -Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computing , Engineering or related field required.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in analysis, tech strategy or similar role
  3. Experience or demonstrated interest in technology / enterprise software businesses
  4. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  5. Excellent communication skills, spanning in-person meetings, written summaries, and executive-level presentations
  6. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  7. Collaborative attitude, with demonstrated experience partnering with a variety of internal and external colleagues
  8. Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary working environment
  9. Any Non-Life insurance/Re-insurance working experience would be strongly preferred
