Job DescriptionsHuman Resources:
•Maintain and update a database of all employee contracts with key information for all em-ployee.
•Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
•Ensuring, maintaining and updating all employee benefits; Group Health insurance, Group Personal Accident, Provident Funds, Uniform etc.
•Ensure calendar and process for completing probationary employee performance evaluations, track and notify team leaders to ensure that policies and procedures are followed to the com-pany’s Policy Manual.
•Gather payroll data, publish job ads, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as need-ed, and prepare HR-related reports.
•Provide general HR support to employees and team leaders
•Helping to coordinate the company’s events.
•Other roles assigned by the direct line manager
Office Administration:
General Office Duties:
•Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
•Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
•Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
•Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Administrative Support:
•Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
•Assist with event planning and coordination.
•Handle travel arrangements for staff.
