เป้าหมายของตำแหน่ง: สนับสนุนการติดตั้ง การดูแล และการจัดการระบบไอทีของลูกค้า โดยใช้ความสามารถในการคิดเชิงระบบ พร้อมพัฒนาตนเองและรับมือกับงานที่ท้าทายอย่างต่อเนื่อง หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก: ให้ Remote Support และ Onsite Support แก่ลูกค้าตามความต้องการ แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ PC, Notebook, Workstation และ Endpoint Device อื่นๆ การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ (Parts) และทำการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด หรือเปลี่ยนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ (Windows, macOS) และแอปพลิเคชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่ายเบื้องต้น เช่น Internet, Wi-Fi, และ LAN บันทึกและติดตามสถานะการให้บริการ (Service Ticket) อย่างเป็นระบบ ให้คำแนะนำและอบรมการใช้งานอุปกรณ์และซอฟต์แวร์แก่ลูกค้า ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรระบบ (System Engineer) และทีมสนับสนุนอื่นๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน
Qualifications
  1. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอทีหรือวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์
  2. มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงระบบและแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ
  3. รักการเรียนรู้ มีความกระตือรือร้นในการพัฒนาทักษะและปรับตัวกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ
  4. มีความอดทนและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Computer และอุปกรณ์ IT
  6. ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้
  7. มีทักษะการค้นหาข้อมูลและศึกษาหาความรู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  8. มีใบอนุญาติขับขี่รถยนต์
  9. คุณสมบัติที่จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ:
  10. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  11. หากมีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีในงาน IT Support
  12. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
  13. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
