Job Descriptions
1.Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes. 2.Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production. 3.Conduct product / process analysis in collaboration with related departments. 4.Analyze, investigate and solve manufacturing process issues PCB 5.Manage, Control, Analyze and improve all production process in order to achieve target / KPI as planned. 6.Support NPI activities of new products into manufacturing. 7.Work together with R&D team, support product development, transfer to production and continuous improvement on responsible. 8.Improve manufacturing process to achieve higher production yield and quality.
Qualifications
  1. 1. Tertiary qualifications in electrical/electronics, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  2. 2. **Strong experience in PCB manufacturing processes (2+ years)
  3. 3. Demonstrated experience in process development and generating production improvements.
  4. 4. Advanced knowledge in PCB manufacturing processes.
  5. 5. Good understanding of manufacturing costs and production tooling
  6. 6. Demonstrated capabilities in managing supplier performance and yield improvement.
  7. 7. Strong skills in managing supplier relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  8. 8. Ability to work independently.
