Job Descriptions
1、Responsible for presiding over the work of the human resources department, organizing and supervising department personnel to fully complete the various work tasks of the department; 2、Responsible for the company's employee recruitment, wages and benefits, labor contracts, social insurance, etc; 3、Record statistical data on absence, leave, and lateness of employees, and summarize reports; 4、Orientation for new employees/annual refresher training; 5、Evaluate probationary employees and follow up on results 6、Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications
