•Presenting and selling products primarily in the showroom. •Greet and establish rapport with customers. •Identify customer needs, preferences, and budgets. •Demonstrate products to showcase key features and benefits. •Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions. •Clearly explain product specifications and pricing. •Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. •Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. •Arrange and restock displays as needed. •Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to management. •Customer Service: •Respond to inquiries and address concerns professionally. •Provide after-sales support and follow up on orders. •Gather customer feedback to improve service quality. •Process transactions, create invoices, and maintain customer records. •Prepare daily sales reports and keep transaction records accurate. •Collaborate with the team to analyze customer trends and sales data
