-งานรับหนังสือ เอกสาร ต่าง ๆ จากหน่วยงานภภายนอกและภายใน
-งานประสานงานหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
-งานติดตาม และ ดูแล ผู้บริหาร (ทั้งต่างจังหวัด ต่างประเทศ)
-ดูแลงานนัดหมาย จัดทำตารางนัดหมาย
-ต้อนรับแขก ผู้มาเยือน กรณีมีแขก หรือ ประชุมต่าง ๆ
-ดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ ที่ทางผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
-งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานฝ่ายต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 25 ปี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และ ภาษาจีนได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด และ ต่างปรเทศได้
- มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
