Job Descriptions

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our young team in old town Bangkok (new MRT Sam Yot). Please get in touch if you see yourself comfortable with the below tasks: Maintain and update the company's financial records. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain and monitor financial transactions specifically related to the tour packages, including customer payments, supplier payments, and any refunds or adjustments. Work closely with the tour operation teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of tours. Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with local regulations and tax laws. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring timely submission. Assist in providing necessary documentation during internal or external audits. Support with other admin and HR tasks Be part of a new and energetic team

Qualifications

2 years experience in accounting
Good English and Thai communicator
Motivated to work in a small team
Attention to detail
Newly grads welcome
