Job Descriptions

- Joinly coordinate with software and vehicle dept to optimize the products’ standards and SOP. Report to CEO . - Lead and manage the city operation team, overseeing daily E-Bikes moving, battery swapping, cleaning and parking lots optimization etc. - Ensure all team activities comply with the established SOPs, aiming for high operational efficiency and safety. - Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team's maintenance skills and overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate the team’s performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of city operations with overall business objectives. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. - Address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Operations management or related fields
Have at least 1 year of team management experience.
Has a keen sense of solving problems. and pay attention to details
Can speak chinese or english.
