Job Descriptions
Our expectation: We need someone who thrives on bringing solutions while analyzing business procedures in the manufacturing sector. Your role would mean collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to improve operations and contribute to company performance. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Gather customer requirements, propose technical concepts for project needs and validate technical feasibility.
  • Analyses and interprets customer operational needs, problems, and opportunities of business processes to be implemented within the existing MES landscape.
  • Work with customers to understand business requirements and document functional and technical specifications with flow diagram development
  • Involve in user, functional and design requirements, and design documentation processes to ensure clear communication of the project to the implementation team.
  • Bring to service / functional test / integration test / GoLive preparation of MES services, processes, and functions.
  • Develop and maintain MES training materials and train users.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to MES software.
    • Qualifications
    1. Innovative, detail oriented, and dedicated to satisfactory completion of all elements of the design tasks.
    2. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
    3. Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing manufacturing data/process.
    4. Proficiency with process analysis tools, such as Figma or any related tools.
    5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate
    6. Technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    7. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    8. Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is considered an asset.
    9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields.
    10. At least 5 years of experience
