Job Descriptions1.Prepare plans, projects and measures related to health, safety and environmental, summarize and track progress in an annual plan.
2.Ensure the establishment of a HSE policy in the company and policy deployment according to TOP management targets.
3.Encourage any activities concerning health, safety, and environmental requirements.
4.Conduct safety training programs including new employment orientation for all employees and contractors and maintain training records.
5.Implement and control the risk management, identify gaps by self-assessments (e.g. annual ESH self-assessment.)
6.Check and control any kind of waste disposal including the waste disposal supplier performance & qualification.
7.Control of annual health check and first aid service, review and analyze the result of annual health check-up and first aid service.
8.Review and analyze the result of implementation of activities according to customer, global and Thai legal HSE requirements. (incl. reporting to government)
9.Summarize and report the deficiencies/progress to the superior (regular meetings: e.g. weekly 1:1, monthly HSE report.)
10.Organize and coordinate the HSE committee according to Thai legal requirements.
11.Supervise the subordinates to achieve HSE goals and individual tasks.
12.Support data to set up annual business plan for health safety and environment.
13.Other health, safety and environmental related projects as assigned by superior.
14.Monitoring and measurement of environmental aspects and impacts in workplace.
15.Support and lead safety committee meeting and site safety audits.
