Job Descriptions

1. Design and Analyze Mechanical Parts: Responsible for designing and developing various mechanical components for products. 2. Create Product Assembly and Part Drawings: Develop assembly drawings and detailed part drawings used in manufacturing. 3. Research and Development: Participate in research and development activities to improve and innovate new technologies related to mechanical structures, as well as enhance the appearance and structure of existing products. 4. Prepare Design Documents and Reports: Generate technical documents and design reports for evaluation and approval. Once the design plan is confirmed, responsible for creating drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), prototype assembly, testing, modifications, and product improvements. 5. Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Able to solve technical problems that arise during the product development process quickly and effectively, including maintenance to ensure that systems operate as expected and are safe.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Design Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other) and Microsoft Office, as well as other related software.
Analytical Skills: Ability to perform structural analysis and calculations, such as material strength calculations and structural verification using Finite Element Method (FEM).
English Language Skills: Good command of reading and writing technical documents in English.
Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate efficiently.
Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, highly responsible, with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Experience: Experience in robot design will be an advantage.
