Job Descriptions
1.Prepare List History of Calibration Instrument Internal Laboratory and External Laboratory 2.Planning Calibration and Inspection Record Instruments 3.Calibration Measuring tool Calibration Inside Factory 4.Calibration Measuring tool Calibration Outside Factory 5.Prepare Testing for all model 6.Prepare MSA for Measuring too plan 7.Prepare WI Measuring tool and WI CF 8.Training method use measuring tools and CF 9.Record maintenance the daily and monthly 10.Equipment supply orders by to Quality required 11.Receive audit from customer and system factory
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, statistics or relate filed
  2. 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Control/Assurance /CMM
  3. Drawing reading, CMM Programming, CMM Inspection
  4. Understanding of automotive and medical industry quality requirements (FMEA, Process Flows, Control Plans, and system requirements
  5. Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing (GD&T), and statistics.
  6. Good command in English / Chinese
