Job Descriptions
Managing the full HR cycle.
Employee Relation.
Monitor and process implementation: Probation contract, Labor contract, dismissal, transfer, resignation process, liquidation of contracts for employees.
Onboarding and off-boarding employees.
Compensation and benefits.
Employee Engagement.
Performance Management.
Rewards and recognition
Payroll.
Compliance.
Implementing HR programs and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
Other assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of comprehensive HR experience, covering the full HR loop.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English communication.
