ความรับผิดชอบหลัก/งานหลัก Principal accountabilities/Main tasks: -รับผิดชอบการคำนวณต้นทุนของบริษัท / To be responsible for Costing Calculation -รับผิดชอบงานบริหารการเงิน / To be responsible for Treasury job -จัดทำแผนกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท ดูแลเงินสดย่อยและการเบิกเงินสดล่วงหน้า เตรียมการกระทบยอดธนาคาร / To do cash flow plan of company. Take care for Petty Cash and Cash Advance. Prepare bank reconciliation -เพื่อประสานงานกับทีมงานการเงินทั่วโลกสำหรับสินเชื่อระหว่างบริษัท / To coordinate with global treasury team for Intercompany loan -เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่านโยบายของบริษัทถูกต้องการติดตามความเสี่ยงด้าน FX / To ensure for correct company policy Monitoring for FX exposure -เพื่อติดต่อและจัดเตรียมเอกสารตามข้อกำหนดของธนาคาร / To contact and prepare document following Bank requirement -รับผิดชอบในส่วนของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้ / To be responsible for Account Payable and Receivable -ทำงานร่วมกับทีมปฏิบัติการและ Supplier เพื่อทำความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามกำหนดการชำระเงินของบริษัท / To work with Operation team and Supplier to understand and follow company payment schedule -เพื่อวิเคราะห์และติดตามจำนวนวันของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้ / To analysis and monitor AP and AR days -สำหรับงาน GL เป็นผู้นำทีมการเงินปิดสิ้นเดือนตามตารางทีมระดับโลก เพื่อตรวจสอบการกระทบยอดบัญชีงบดุล / For GL job , to lead finance team for month-end closing following global team schedule. To review balance sheet account reconciliation -ในส่วนของภาษี จะต้องรับผิดชอบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายต่อกรมสรรพากร / For tax , to be responsible for VAT , and withholding tax submission to the Revenue Department -เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอกในการจัดทำงบการเงินตามกฎหมาย / To support external auditor for preparing statutory financial statement -กำกับดูแลงานรองทั้งหมดไปจนถึงเป้าหมาย / Supervise all sub-ordinate to goal carrier task -งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงิน / All assign from Finance Manager

Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์สูงในด้านบัญชีและการเงิน Costing, AP,AR และ GL / High experience in Costing, AP, AR and GL
มีประสบการณ์สูงในการวางแผนกระแสเงินสด / High experience for cash flow planning
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงบการเงินตามกฎหมายและภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล / More experience for statutory financial statement and corporate income tax
มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Excel / Advance in Excel
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี / Good command in English
สามารถนำทีมปฏิบัติการปรับปรุงกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานได้ / Able to lead operation team to improve process relate to job
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม ERP / Knowledge in ERP
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Have CPA experience would be receiving special consideration
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตได้ดี / Business Partner with Operation team
